J’aime tellement @cassismonna . Les soeurs a la tête de l’entreprise familiale sont un bel exemple d’entreprenariat féminin.

Elles ont repris la compagnie de leur père et l’ont apportée a un autre niveau. Vous irez voir leur site web, je pensais pas que c’était possible de faire autant de chose avec du cassis. 

Elles m’ont récemment envoyé leur nouveau gin artisanal au cassis et je n’ai que deux mots : WOW et MIAM! 😻

🍸: C’est l’ode au cassis (ou gadelle noire) en bouche: écorce, sauge, fleurs, fruits, avec une touche bien poivrée. Le goût de l’alcool (40%) se fait discret et laisse les aromates s’exprimer. La finale est sèche. 

📖: Le cassis est un fruit aux nombreuses vertus, il est très riche en vitamine C et en antioxydants, super pour le système immunitaire!

I love @cassismonna ! The sisters at the head of the family business are an example of female entrepreneurship who took over the company from their father and have brought it to another level. Go check their website and you’ll be as surprised as I was because I didn’t think it was possible to do so much with blackcurrant!

They recently sent me their new artisanal blackcurrant gin and I have only two words: WOW and YUM!

🍸: It's very fruity, it tastes like blackcurrant, wood, sage, flowers with a nice peppery touch. I also like that the alcohol (40%) does not take up all the space and lets the aromatics shine through. The finish is dry.

📖: Blackcurrant is a fruit with many virtues, it is very rich in vitamin C and antioxidants, it's great for the immune system!
