“TOUS DANS LA MÊME ASSIETTE”

est un événement annuel organisé par l’Office montréalais de la gastronomie (OMG) au Centre PHI auquel j’ai assisté cette semaine.

Son objectif : mobiliser, inspirer et stimuler des projets structurants pour la communauté montréalaise, de la fourche à la fourchette pour faire de Montréal une destination gastronomique de premier choix en Amérique du Nord.

Ainsi, on positionne la gastronomie comme moteur valorisation des produits artisanaux de Montréal et nos régions, en plus des artisans montréalais à l’extérieur du Québec.

“ALL ON THE SAME PLATE” is an annual event organized by the Montreal Office of Gastronomy (OMG) at the PHI Centre that I went to this week.

Its objective: to mobilize, inspire and stimulate structuring projects for the Montreal community, from farm to fork, to make Montreal a top gastronomic destination in North America.

Thus, we position gastronomy as a driving force for the promotion of artisanal products from Montreal and our regions, in addition to Montreal artisans outside Quebec.
