GIN SUPER SONIC

Du coin de pays d’où je viens, à Victoriaville, la @distillerieduquai est une des distilleries les plus aimées! J’ai pu goûter pleins de leur produits mais j’avais jamais eu la chance de goûter leur « flagship »: Le gin sonic!

Ça goûte un mélange entre les baies de genièvre, la lime, la coriandre, l’orange et le citron.

Pour ceux qui aimeraient mieux un cocktail, voici une proposition:

LE GIN BLOSSOM

1 1/2 oz de Gin SuperSonic

1/2 oz de Jus de lime

1/2 oz de Sirop de fruit de la passion (ou jus)

Dans un shaker avec glace, ajouter les ingrédients, verser en filtrant.

Allonger avec une bière de type IPA, mélanger doucement, garnir d’une tranche de concombre 🥒

In the town I come from, in Victoriaville, the @distillerieduquai is one of the most beloved distilleries! I was able to taste many of their products but I had never had the chance to taste their flagship : The gin sonic!

It tastes like a mix of Juniper berries,

lime, coriander, orange and lemon.

If you are more into cocktails, here’s one you could try :

GIN BLOSSOM

1 1/2 oz SuperSonic Gin

1/2 oz lime juice

1/2 oz passion fruit syrup (or juice)

In a shaker with ice, add the ingredients, pour while filtering.

Top with an IPA-type beer, mix gently, garnish with a slice of cucumber.
