Une autre entreprise d’ici que j’aime beaucoup par leurs projets c’est la @lecidre.vhemmingford .

Surtout un de leur tout dernier : le cidre libre! Ce cidre est un projet assez flyé!

Car pour cette cuvée de cidre nature, les pommes sont issues de la nature, dénichées aux alentours de la cidrerie.

La fermentation sur levures indigènes et la prise de mousse naturelle en bouteille permettent de dévoiler un nez forestier, des effluves d'abricot et de roses rustiques. Il y a de la matière en bouche : c'est épicé et nourrissant avec une amertume étonnante qui rappelle la pelure du pamplemousse. La finale est minérale et... Surprise! Après 2 minutes, la pomme.

Le dépôt au fond de la bouteille, est normal. Avant

de verser, faites tourner délicatement pour mélanger les lies et profiter au maximum

des saveurs.

Another company from here that I really like for their projects is @lecidre.vhemmingford . Especially one of their latest: Cidre Libre! This cider is quite a crazy project!

Because for this natural cider cuvée, the apples come from the woods, unearthed around the cider house.

Fermentation on indigenous yeasts and natural foaming in the bottle reveal a forest nose, scents of apricot and rustic roses. There is substance in the mouth: it is spicy and nourishing with an astonishing bitterness reminiscent of the peel of grapefruit. The finish is mineral and... Surprise! After 2 minutes, the apple.

The deposit at the bottom of the bottle is normal. Before pouring, swirl gently to mix the lees and make the most of

flavors.
